what is a discovery Session?
The Discovery Session is a 90-minute in-depth interview that includes your coach–client intake, inquiry, and consultation. It’s the essential first step in your customized personal growth or professional development coaching journey. Following this session, your coach will design a tailored Integrative Holistic Coaching (IHC) program based on your goals and needs. Couples, executives, and leadership team members are each required to complete individual Discovery Sessions.
