what is a discovery Session?
The Discovery Session is a 90-minute in-depth interview that includes your coach–client intake, inquiry, and consultation. It’s the essential first step in your customized personal growth or professional development coaching journey. Following this session, your coach will design a tailored Integrative Holistic Coaching (IHC) program based on your goals and needs. Couples, executives, and leadership team members are each required to complete individual Discovery Sessions.

Whether you are a new client or a long term returning client the Discovery Session gets you started! In this session you and your Life Coach will take a deep dive into what is important to you, your history, and where you need to grow. The next step is your customized coaching program.
Your Integrative Holistic Coaching package contains four sessions and is customized to support your unique goals, with weekly or biweekly sessions strategically designed to inspire meaningful growth, lasting personal growth and positive transformation. Sessions includes holistic tools and integration exercises.
If you’re looking for something completely different in a life changing kind of way - coach with Heather Steele, Master Coach and Founder of Integrative Holistic Life Coaching.
