She has worked with executives in high-level positions including CEOs, CFOs, and senior leaders to improve leadership, communication skills and increase self-awareness. Her IHC curriculum can be customized to any organization to include the company’s core values and culture. Her executive coaching supports leaders to enhance their performance, navigate challenges, and achieve organizational goals. As a corporate team trainer, she provides customized, confidential, and results-oriented workshops that focuses on individual leadership while supporting the corporate vision.

Through Legacy Training International (LTI) she and her team train and certify leaders, educators, clinical therapists, holistic practitioners and life coaches in Integrative Holistic Coaching .
