Founded in Denver, Colorado in 2004 as Legacy Training Institute, Legacy Training International (LTI) was created with a clear mission: to educate and develop world-class Integrative Holistic Life Coaches who lead through service, contribute to their communities, and work collaboratively with mental health, wellness, and healing arts practitioners.

At the heart of LTI is Integrative Holistic Coaching (IHC) a comprehensive curriculum combining The Realizations, Holistic Tools, Integration Exercises, experiential learning, and Destination Immersion Retreats. We believe exceptional coaching requires more than virtual classes and learning techniques. It requires the coach to undertake their own deep process of personal growth and professional development while expanding their understanding of the many influences that shape the human experience.

IHC students explore philosophy, spirituality and religion, business, economics, politics, leadership, relationships, and the healing arts while developing a broader understanding of themselves, the people they serve, and the world in which they live. IHC Certification is intentionally rigorous. The intensive 4 to 6 month certification process requires significant time, commitment, personal investment. Admission is selective. Holding a life coach certification is not difficult - becoming a world class Integrative Holistic Life Coach is. We seek individuals who are called to work hard, contribute, lead through service, and are committed to humanity.

The IHC Certification is an immersive personal and professional development program requiring a minimum of 1,500 training credits. The certification combines Destination Immersion Retreats, Virtual Retreats, weekly group coaching, one-on-one coaching with Master Coaches, experiential learning, and the study and application of the IHC curriculum.

Students study the Integrative Holistic Coaching curriculum through The Life Coach Guidebook or The Life Coach Facilitator Guidebook which include The 12 Realizations, Holistic Tools, and Integration Exercises.

Following certification, Legacy IHC Coaches may continue their education through advanced training and develop specialized areas of expertise. All Legacy Certified Integrative Holistic Life Coaches uphold the Legacy Training International Code of Ethics and are driven by wellness, integrity and commitment.

Legacy Training International (LTI) Integrative Holistic Coaching (IHC) Certification includes four Integrative Holistic Coaching Training Retreats. 

LEGACY I - IHC Seminar Immersion Retreat

This first Destination Immersion Retreat introduces The Realizations, Holistic Tools and Integrative Exercises. Legacy IHC Students are facilitated from breakdowns to breakthroughs as the student’s journey in Integrative Holistic Coaching begins. Students experience coaching, training, facilitation, wellness planning, personal coaching, and team training in Realizations 1-3. Students are responsible for their own accommodations.

LEGACY II - IHC Virtual Immersion Retreat

This Immersion Retreat is a virtual journey and continuation of training in the IHC Curriculum including the Realizations, Holistic Tools and Integration Exercises. Students receive individual coaching, partner coaching, team training, professional development, basic coaching tools and clearings in Realizations 1-5. This six-week schedule includes online classes, individual coaching sessions and IHC Integration Exercise training. Weekly virtual coaching will be hosted Tuesday evenings.

This six-week Virtual Immersion Retreat is followed by several weeks of personalized integration exercises, partner work with other students, and one-on-one coaching with IHC Master Coaches. There is no set schedule (weekly times) - just a completion deadline of the LEGACY III Destination Immersion Retreat.

LEGACY III - IHC Destination Immersion Retreat

This Destination Immersion Retreat is a "Bootcamp to Life Purpose" experience and full of fun! It includes outdoor events, games and adventure. Students are tested on their knowledge of the curriculum and their coaching skills. Students will present their "Message to the World" in an 'on stage' presentation ("Ted Talk") with facilitation and training from experts. Guest facilitators share a variety of modalities such as: ancestral healing, archetypal coaching and meditation. Accommodations are included. A Student Supply list will be provided. This Destination Immersion Retreat is followed by a six-week coaching Q&A "open mic" where you can ask questions about different coaching situations, delivering integration exercises, implementing coaching best practices, etc. These virtual calls will be hosted Tuesday evenings.

LEGACY IV - IHC Graduation Immersion Retreat

This Destination Immersion Retreat is about the Joy of Life!  Legacy IHC Students are celebrated as they enjoy the miracles of becoming a Legacy Training International Certified Integrative Holistic Life Coach. This magical and mystical Destination Immersion Retreat includes the Graduation Ceremony and Rituals. Students are responsible for their own accommodations.
