“An Unlimited Performance in Leadership”

WindRiders UP Adventure Camp is driven by leadership training in Unlimited Performance. The UP philosophy is that there is no end to higher performance. We can always go UP at getting better, aiming higher, becoming a stronger leader. This camp will review the WindRiders seven principles: ALL IN, ACT NOW, KICK IT UP, FLY HIGH, HEART SONG, LET IT OUT and PEACE ON and it will also introduce leadership practices in high events, community living, core value development for the individual and a team, personal integrity, clear and effective communication, personal responsibility, and team accountability. This camp is fun but also challenging. An interview with Founder, Heather Steele is required before acceptance to camp.
